Terms
Website and plugin terms
These terms apply when you use bewater.ngo or connect the Be Water plugin to ChatGPT or Codex.
Purpose
The website provides information, simple contact forms and internal governance tools for Be Water Settlement Services Society. The plugin can read approved resolution templates and create unpublished drafts for an administrator to review.
No automatic publication
A plugin-created draft is not a resolution, approval, signature or message. A Be Water administrator must review the exact text and publish it before any signing link becomes available.
Authorized use
Only a person authorized by the Society may approve the plugin's OAuth permission or use the administrator page. Do not share access tokens or signing links. Each signing link is for the named signer only.
Accuracy and availability
Check all dates, names and wording before publication. Services may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Public settlement information is general information and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy page explains how the Society handles information. Questions about the website or plugin can be sent through the Contact page.
